Adding Links to a Template

• Image file links can be added directly to templates being filled in
  • When setting up styles it is recommended that image links be added to templates to ensure the product setup process is most efficient

Product setup tools such as POP! and Product Import will not accept links to an image folder. The individual URL must be added to the template.

• There are two image columns in the Core Attributes section: Vendor Image Main & Vendor Images Alt
  1. Vendor Images Main
     • The Vendor Image Main column will only accept 1 link 
  2. Vendor Images Alt
     
     • The Vendor Image Alt will accept up to 4 links in a single cell

For styles with multiple sizes: Images only need to be added to one row associated with a style. Pick 1 size and add the image links to that row. Then you can leave the image fields blank for the other sizes

Adding multiple image links in a cell

• After adding the first link, click Alt + Enter (PC) or Option + Enter (Mac)
• This will insert a new line within the cell
• Paste the additional link in the new line

Types of links that can be used

• When images links are being added to a template they need to be direct image links or direct image URLs
• URLs from the common platforms listed below are often used, but direct image links from other platforms can also be used.
