How will the RTV be packed?
Orders will be packed in the most reasonably sized, non-branded boxes or poly-bags available. This will be left to the discretion of the Triple Z team at the time of packaging. If order exceeds 250 units, we may utilize half or full gaylords to expedite the shipment.
I am seeing an alert that my requested units are not available for an RTV due to an open order and/or are still active in an event. How should I proceed?
Please work with your zulily merchants to have the styles removed from any active events. If the alert continues, please reach out to your Triple Z Account Manager(s) and provide them with the Product ID and Quantities of the order. *Product Id’s can be pulled by referencing/exporting your Triple Z catalog.
What is the cost associated with an RTV/Sample shipment?
Please refer to your Triple Z Fulfillment Service agreement or reach out to your Triple Z Account Manager(s).
Where can I see the tracking for the RTV/Sample that was submitted?
Once the RTV/Sample has been processed it will populate under the “Shipped” or “Partial Shipped” tab. Tracking can be viewed there once provided by the carrier.
Why is my order showing under the “Partial shipped” tab?
This indicates the order had less available quantity than requested in the portal.
Can I use my own carrier?
It may be possible to utilize your own carrier. Please work with your Triple Z account manager(s) before entering the shipment to confirm this is an option.
Can an RTV be sent internationally?
No. At this time, RTVs can only be shipped to a domestic facility/warehouse.
