Portal users are unable to delete a POP! upload, but they are able to delete the NEW styles within the upload.
Products uploaded in POP!, which are marked only as New, can be deleted after an upload.
Please follow the steps below to delete New products.
1. Click the Fix button to open the Fix screen
2. On the next screen, set the filter to "View new products"
3. To delete in bulk click Select All
4. Next, click "Delete" next to the trash can icon
5. A confirmation screen will appear
6. Click Delete to confirm deletion of the selected styles.
Click cancel to close the window and stop the deletion process
7. To delete 1 style at a time, click the Delete button on the style card
8. To finalize, click Delete on the confirmation screen
9. To delete multiple styles, click the checkbox on each style card to select
10. Next click Delete, next to the trash can icon
11. To finalize, click Delete on the confirmation screen
Note: Styles listed as 'Reused' / 'Existing' will not be able to be deleted and will need to be DISCONTINUED from your 'Active SKUs' catalog.
