Once you have completed all of the Required Fixes for your upload, a confirmation screen will appear.
- In the Add Recipients field - select who you want to send the notification to
- You have the option to enter an Event ID if you want to suggest the products for a specific event
- There is also an optional space to leave a message
- Once you are finished, click Notify Buyers
If this confirmation screen does not come up, you can also select the 'Notify Buyers' button to send a notification to your Buying team.
You can close the notification window at any time by clicking 'Cancel'.
- If you need to send another notification, you can open the notification window by clicking the Notify Buyers bell icon.
Another option or method to notify your buying team is via standard or direct email. However, if direct email is used then a list of uploaded skus will need to be provided as reference.
Note: If you're unsure of your assigned Zulily Buying Team, you can locate your Zulily contacts by entering your most recent/up-to-date event and going to 'Event POs & Shipping Details.'
