Q: My upload is showing as "Done" with "Minimum Met" status, can I still edit these styles?
Yes, you can search for newly created styles and make edits by navigating to Catalog > Active SKUs.
Q: Can I edit previously added products?
Yes, you can search for the newly created styles and make some edits by navigating to Catalog > Active SKUs. Once all edits have been made, you will then need to reach out to your Buying team to ensure the edits are recognized and approved.
Tip: If an attribute has a pencil icon available, that information can be edited but if no icon is available, those edits need to be made on an event level basis or via Buying team.

Q: My import is showing as "Done" with minimum met, what happens next?
The products will be added to your Active SKU catalog, and your Buying team will need to be notified of the newly created styles.
Q: Can I cancel or delete an upload?
You will be unable to delete uploads from your POP! dashboard, BUT you can delete styles marked as New in a given POP! upload. Any style(s) deleted from a POP upload will need to be REUPLOADED to ensure it is created properly, no duplicates are created, and any issues are addressed.

Q: How do I upload products for a specific event?
Currently, products can only be set up at the Catalog level within POP. Once styles are added, please send a list of SKUs to your buying team so they can curate them into desired Events.
You can send a notification to your buying team anytime on the POP Fix screen or reach out via email. You can add an event ID to the notification for reference. See more information HERE.
Q: Why are the styles I added not showing in events?
Your buying team will need to add your products to the desired events in order for them to go live on the site.
Q: What does "Existing" mean?
POP! has identified and matched products on the template and determined that they already exist in the Zulily system.
Q: What does "Match" mean?
The system has identified multiple matches for the SKUs in the system, these SKUs will need to be manually matched and imported in order to be brought into the POP interface and Zulily systems.
