Q: Which template should I use?

Templates represent a specific product category. Use the template that is most relevant to your product category. e.g. Jewelry product falls under the Adult Jewelry Template.

Q: Can I use my own template?

No. Vendors are required to use the templates that are available in POP!

Please note that if your template has been converted through another program (i.e. Google Sheets, Numbers, etc.) or if a non-approved POP! template is uploaded, POP! will not be able to read the template and you will receive an error message.

Q: Can I use the same Zulily template I used before POP!?

No. Vendors are required to use the templates that are available in POP!
