Final images will show in the Vendor Catalog once they have moved through our internal approval process.
Q: How can I update existing SKU information?
Existing SKUs can be updated in the Vendor Catalog by navigating to Catalog > Active SKUs
Q: What attributes of a product can be updated through the Active SKU Catalog?
If an attribute column in the Active SKU Catalog has a pencil icon available, that specific attribute can be edited at any time by the Portal user. However, any changes made will need to be brought to the Zulily Buying team's attention to ensure all edits made are recognized and attached.
If a pencil icon is not available, that information will need to be updated on an event-level basis or via the corresponding Buying team.
Q: How can I update costs?
Cost can be updated once styles are loaded in events by navigating to the Event Approval section of the vendor portal.
Q: How can I delete SKUs?
SKUs cannot be deleted at this time. However, they can be discontinued. Click HERE for more information on how to discontinue a SKU.
Q: Can vendors update their UPCs in POP?
No, vendors cannot change their UPCs in POP! Vendors can add a UPC to styles that did not previously have one.
If UPC's need to be updated it is best practice that the product information and what is being updated are passed along to the corresponding buying team.
