Q: How can I add images?
Images can be added in bulk by dropping a .zip file into the designated area on the Fix screen. Click HERE for instructions.
Images can be uploaded for individual styles in the POP interface by using drag and drop or browsing and attaching directly to the style card. They can also be added to the edit panel by using drag and drop or browse and attach. View the video tutorial HERE.

Images can also be imported in bulk by including a direct link to the images within the template.
Q: How many images can I upload?
Products are allowed 5 images in total: 1 Main and a maximum of 4 Alternates. Zulily only shows 5 images per style on the site. Please provide your recommendation for the Main product image and your buyer will check and confirm.
Q: What if I am sending samples to Zulily to have them take the product photos?
A reference image will still be required and can be added to the designated section of the Audit panel in the Fix workflow. View full instructions HERE.
Q: Why are my images ineligible for Bulk Upload?
- Duplicate style names - the 'Bulk Upload' function will be unable to distinguish which images would match which style
- Duplicate SKUs - If styles share the same SKU the system will be unable to differentiate which style needs to match to which image
- Different SKUs for each size in a size run - If SKUs vary from size to size of an overall size run provided, the system will be unable to match the image to the appropriate style
- Upload 'issues' - if your template uploads with any 'issues,' meaning that not all products had successfully loaded, the tool will not work
