Q: What is POP!
POP! Stands for Product Onboarding Platform. It is Zulily's unique portal for vendors to set up and build out their Product Catalogs for use by your Zulily buying team. POP allows you to upload products in bulk, or set them up one by one through a guided web interface. POP has easy-to-use tutorials and user guides you can access to teach yourself how to get the freshest, most thorough data to your buying and curation team and the Zulily customer.
Q: Where is POP located?
POP! is located in the Vendor Portal in a drop-down from the Catalog tab located in the top menu bar.
Q: How do I log in to POP!?
Log into the Vendor Portal as usual. Since POP! is located in the Vendor Portal, there are no additional login credentials needed.
Q: What is Automation?
A: Automation allows you to send product information via EDI/Direct API.
Q: I'm seeing "Access Denied" when navigating to POP, can you give me access?
Refresh then log out and log back in. The POP page should be accessible then.
If refreshing doesn't work, try these troubleshooting tips:
1. Is your web browser at the most up-to-date version?
2. Which web browser are you using? We have found that users have a better experience with the Vendor Portal once they use Chrome.
3. Clear your browser cache and cookies to improve your browser performance, then login back into your Portal account.
4. Try using the following URL to login: https://portal.zulily.com/app_react/login
5. Hard reload using Ctrl + Shift + R
Q: I lost my login information for the vendor portal
If you have forgotten your password, please go to http://portal.zulily.com and select “Forgot Password.” An email will be sent to your address on file to reset your password. Note: check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox folder.
Q: How do I know if my products are new to Zulily?
You can verify if products are already in your catalog by navigating to Catalog>Active SKUs.

Q: I set up styles in POP, now what?
Once products have obtained 'Minimum Met' status, they will move into your catalog. You will then need to notify your Zulily Buying Team of your newly added products and they will review them and consider them for future events.
Q: My buyer is stating that they are unable to see the styles I set up in POP, why is that?
Products need to have the minimum attributes required. Please confirm you are seeing 'Minimum Met' on your upload summary within the POP interface. If the product states '# Required Fixes' you will need to get these updated and notify your Zulily Buying Team once the status has been updated to 'Minimum Met'.
Q: How will you know if my product is New or Reused?
When you upload a template or add a product in POP, the system will run a check to see if that product matches a product that is already in your catalog. If it is unclear, or if more than 1 possible match has been found, the system will ask you to help us identify which is actually your product and/ or which version of your product we should use as the primary going forward.

Q: How do I add contacts from my business so they can access POP?
Contact information can be edited at the upper right-hand corner of the Vendor Portal by your assigned Business Lead – click the 'Profile' button to the left of your Account Name.
