Vendor Image Guidelines:
If you provide Zulily with images of your products, be sure to look through our Vendor Product Image Guidelines and Cropping Guidelines.
Warehouse Closure Calendar:
Allow Zulily to work around your warehouse’s schedule in order to keep all delivery promises to our customer. Fill out all warehouse closures in the Vendor Portal.
International Documents (Children’s Vendors):
If you sell children’s clothing and are located outside of the US, be sure to upload all necessary and required testing documentation prior to your event going live.
The sales tracker updates every hour on the main dashboard of the Portal and every 10 minutes on the event page. Keep an eye on the sales tracker to help you prepare for the volume of your Purchase Orders!
If, at any point during your event, product sells out, customers can click on a “Notify Me” button, this will send them an email the moment there is more inventory on that item (either in the current event or a future event). If you see Notify Me’s begin to build up and have more inventory available, you can either add inventory directly in the portal or notify your zulily Merchandising team.
